Each item that comes out of our store Pracheen Astrology, whether it is an energized crystal, gemstone, Ayurvedic formulation, or ritual accessory, is not just a product but much more. This is because each item undergoes a process of cleaning, charging, and energizing before being dispatched, and we firmly believe that what reaches your doorstep must be ready to serve you from day one.
This process requires some time, but we believe that it is worth the wait. Here is all you need to know about how we send your orders.
Order Processing & Energization Time
The moment your order is finalized, it enters the energy window period of 2-3 days. During this time, your product is ceremonially cleansed, energized, and ready to be delivered to you according to your name, birth data (in case you provide it) and the intention behind your order. This process is not a typical one in a warehouse; rather, it is an individual procedure which makes Pracheen Astrology different from regular e-commerce sites.
Upon completion of energization process, your order will be packed and passed to our delivery partner.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
Total estimated delivery time from order confirmation is 5–7 business days, which includes:
- 2–3 days for energization and packaging
- 2–4 days for delivery via courier partner, depending on your location
It should be noted that the delivery time frame will depend upon your city, pin code, and availability of our courier partners’ services at your location.
Shipping Coverage
Currently, we deliver all over India. In case of any questions about deliveries to a particular destination, do get in touch with us before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Upon shipment, you will be provided with the shipping confirmation and your tracking number via WhatsApp or Email. With your tracking number, you can trace your order online using the delivery partner’s official website. Your order tracking from start to finish will happen only through the contact information shared by you at checkout.
Shipping Charges
In the event that there are shipping charges, then they will be calculated depending upon the order’s value as well as your destination. There may be cases when your order reaches a specific threshold of value after which you will qualify for free shipping.
Delivery Partner & Transit Responsibility
Once your order leaves our premises, all questions pertaining to delivery timelines will be answered by our courier partners. Although Pracheen Astrology is partnered with reputed couriers, they shall not be responsible for any delays, undelivered/unsuccessful parcels, or other issues related to the delivery caused by reasons that lie outside our control.

Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery
If there happens to be an unsuccessful delivery due to inaccurate addresses or non-reception by the receiver, another effort will be taken to deliver your order by our delivery team. Should multiple attempts still result in a failure, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Please ensure you provide us with accurate delivery information and contacts prior to ordering.
Cash on Delivery
Payment upon delivery is offered to only selected areas. If any orders are made through COD that fail to reach their destination due to no reasonable causes, the costs of shipping will be deducted from the total refund.
