Your use of our website, scheduling of any consultation, and/or purchase of any products from our online shop, which include Pracheen Crystals, Pracheen Ayurveda, and spiritual healing products, shall mean that you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. Through the act of browsing, registration or usage of any service available on our website, you are indicating your consent to these Terms of Usage. Any continued usage of the website after any amendments implies acceptance of such changes. We recommend that you check this page regularly.

Our products and services are available for use by individuals who are 18 years old or above. Children are allowed to access the platform only under the direct supervision of their legal guardians. In registering, you certify that the information you provide is current and accurate.

  1. Account Registration

Where you wish to utilize personalized services, have kundali consultations or make purchases from our online store, it might be necessary for you to register an account. It will be your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password. Multiple registrations and using another person’s account are not permitted.

  1. Online Store & Product Orders

The Pracheen Astrology store is an e-commerce portal where one can buy both physical and energized products such as crystals, gemstones, yantras, Ayurvedic items, and other spiritual accessories. All the information about products such as description, images, and pricing is provided in good faith. The product images seen on the site are for reference only. The actual products might differ slightly from the image because of their natural/handpicked/handmade nature. However, this cannot be considered as a reason for return or refund of the product.

  1. Pricing & Payments

All pricing information in our online store is in Indian Rupees (INR) and includes taxes, unless otherwise specified. Pracheen Astrology reserves the right to change its prices anytime without giving prior notice. In case there is a discrepancy with the price charged for an already completed order, we will let you know immediately. Payments for the products can be made by debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking or other payment gateways available. You are authorized to make payments using the payment gateway you choose.

  1. Consultation Services

All astrological consultations, kundali readings, Vastu services, numerological assistance, tarot readings, and healing sessions provided by Pracheen Astrology are based on the age-old wisdom of Vedic astrology as well as the personal experience of MS Prachi. The services are intended to provide information and spiritual guidance and are not meant as any sort of medical, legal, or financial advice. For any health advices and major life decisions, you should seek a professional.

  1. Call with Astrologer

Our ‘Call with Astrologer’ service helps you speak directly to MS Prachi over the phone. By opting for this service, you authorize us to call you using the contact number given by you. You must make sure that the phone number is reachable at the scheduled time. Please note that no refund will be issued for connected calls or for calls placed to an incorrect or unavailable number. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure their contact number is active and reachable at the scheduled time.

  1. Delivery, Cancellation & Refunds

For more information, kindly refer to the separate Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy pages. In brief, cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of making a purchase; returns will only be entertained within 3 days of delivery for valid reasons, and refund requests for digital services after their delivery are not applicable. Pracheen Astrology is not responsible for any delay or loss due to the fault of any third-party courier service provider.

  1. Prohibited Activities

This site must not be used for any illegal purpose, for gaining unauthorized access, posting defamatory and false content, reverse engineering the software, or misusing consultation services in any way. Violations of these policies may lead to termination of account and legal action being taken against the user, wherever required.

The entire content available on this website, including but not limited to text, pictures, product descriptions, logos, and consultation materials, is solely owned by Pracheen Astrology and its subsidiaries. Reproduction and/or redistribution of the same without explicit permission in writing is strictly prohibited.

Pracheen Astrology offers all the services and products on an ‘as is’ basis. There is no assurance whatsoever about the results you will achieve from our consultations or product purchases. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pracheen Astrology, its founders, consultants, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, or otherwise that may arise from the use of the site.
