CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Pracheen Astrology, each and every product sold through our online store, be it energized crystals, healing bracelets, sacred yantras or Ayurvedic products, is prepared with utmost sincerity and sent out with much thought. As several of our products are energized by rituals for a particular person, we have certain policies regarding the same that you need to know before you make a purchase.
Order Cancellation
We know plans sometimes change. Should you decide to cancel your order, please get back to us within 48 hours after placing your order. If you do so, we will process your request immediately, and you will receive a full refund.
However, if your order is beyond the 48-hour mark, it may have already been energized and prepared. This is tailored for you personally. In this case, cancellation may not be possible. To do so, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp or email, using your order number.

Return Policy
Returns can be done within 3 days of delivery date provided that the reason for return is valid. Valid reasons are getting an incorrect product, visible damage in the product delivered, or a huge difference between the product ordered and delivered.
Note: Since every crystal, gemstone, yantra, and energized product at Pracheen Astrology is individually cleansed, charged, and energized for the customer, because every product is energized with personal intention, we request that returns are raised only for genuine concerns and not for change of mind or personal preference(s).
Important: Record Your Unboxing
In this case, we highly advise all customers to take a clear video of the outer package and unboxing of the product while opening and using the same. This will serve as evidence in the case where there is a claim involving a broken, missing or wrong item. It will guarantee that your return or replacement request goes through without problems.
Refund Policy
Once a return is approved and the product is received back at our end in its original condition and packaging, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer, as applicable.
The following deductions may apply to refunds where relevant: return shipping charges, transaction fees, and any applicable courier or custom duties incurred during the original delivery.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Used products
- Products that have been worn or handled
- Products without their original packing
- Customized/personalized orders
- Digital consultation services (Kundali readings, vastu reports, Numerology) after delivery
- Booking of Pooja and Anushthan after performing the ritual
- Products returned after three days from the date of receipt
- Products without unboxing videos for any damage claim
Damaged or Defective Products
If you have received a product which seems to be broken or defective in any way, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product along with your unboxing video and order details. This will help us provide you with either a replacement or a refund accordingly. Any claims made beyond 24 hours without a video might not be considered valid.
Payment Gateway & Technical Issues
In case there is any problem on our end such as a mistake in the transaction or even double deduction due to technical reasons, please first check if your account has already been debited for that amount and only then proceed with another payment. If debited, please let us know straight away. We will refund the amount to you in full without taking out any transaction charges.
